OUR SERVICES

In our church, we recognize the need to worship God in spirit and in truth. Part of our worship is musical. At the Encounter Baptist Church, we sing music that praises God, including hymns, choruses, spiritual songs, and new songs. It's a blend of traditional music and new praise songs.

Another part of our worship is found in the biblical message presented by our pastor. Just as our bodies need food, so do our souls and spirits. It is through the Scriptures that we receive this nourishment.

English service at 9:00 a.m. and Spanish service at 11:00 a.m.

*During this service, we offer nursery for young children.

Prayer is mentioned over 600 times in God's Word; however, it is something many people neglect, except in times of crisis. Our goal as a congregation is to always share our burdens and collectively bring them to our Heavenly Father in faith, knowing that he not only can answer our prayers, but will answer them if we ask according to His will.

In this service, we facilitate communication between English and Spanish speakers.

Our midweek Spanish Bible study is based on the conviction that we all need to recharge our spiritual batteries during the week. In our study, we not only receive what we need from a study in God's Word, but we also reconnect with our brothers and sisters in Christ, maintaining an authentic and ongoing relationship with those who are going through the same daily and spiritual challenges.

We want to support those who were not born speaking English so they can communicate with others. This class does not focus on teaching all the rules of grammar, but on helping them carry on conversations at their work, their children's school, or places like the supermarket. The class is completely free and there are no requirements to participate.
