OUR SERVICES

Our goal as children of God is to know more about his Word. To grow in this knowledge, we must study it, but without hesitating to ask questions. In our Spiritual Growth time, our objective is to provide an environment conducive to everyone growing in their knowledge of Scriptures. Whether you are a new believer or a mature person in the faith, this time of study is for you.

Prayer is mentioned over 600 times in God's Word; however, it is something many people neglect, except in times of crisis. Our goal as a congregation is to always share our burdens and collectively bring them to our Heavenly Father in faith, knowing that he not only can answer our prayers, but will answer them if we ask according to His will.

In our church, we recognize the need to worship God in spirit and in truth. Part of our worship is musical. At the Encounter Baptist Church, we sing music that praises God, including hymns, choruses, spiritual songs, and new songs. It's a blend of traditional music and new praise songs.

Another part of our worship is found in the biblical message presented by our pastor. Just as our bodies need food, so do our souls and spirits. It is through the Scriptures that we receive this nourishment.

*During this service, we offer a Bible class for young children.

Our midweek Bible study is based on the conviction that we all need to recharge our spiritual batteries during the week. In our study, we not only receive what we need from a study in God's Word, but we also reconnect with our brothers and sisters in Christ, maintaining an authentic and ongoing relationship with those who are going through the same daily and spiritual challenges.
